By using Here & Home services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

When making a booking, you agree to:

Guests may cancel a booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are subject to a charge equal to the first night's stay. No-shows are non-refundable. To cancel, visit your Dashboard, select the booking, and follow the cancellation steps. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Guests must comply with the house rules specified for each property. Violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay. A security deposit may be held to cover potential damages.

We are a hospitality company managing premium properties for short-term stays. While we strive to ensure property accuracy, we are not responsible for any discrepancies between descriptions and actual properties.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email.
